Reiki for well being
Experience the feelings of Well Being and Peace that Reiki healing is wonderful for giving. Reiki Healing promotes mental and emotional support and may also support your journey to wellness by working through the energy or universal field, aura and Chakra system to balance, clear and stabilise a person’s blue print or template. A person’s personal field is, in some ways. their original or first template of overall health and by working within this field the Practitioner Healer is able to work on the origins of health, healing and well being. A session can feel subtle but be profound.
The Reiki Healer brings through what we call the “Universal Life Force Energy” or more simply Pure Light from the source through the medium of the hand Chakras and then pours this Light into the person being healed. Because this Life Force is universal the energy naturally flows to where it is needed and provides what is necessary for a healing change to take place. Everyone has a energy template, pattern or grid that reflects their illness and obstacles in life, all stored in this grid as for example tears, dense patched or missing parts. Reiki is an attempt to mend these problems.
Healing using Voice and Sound
Sound is Vibration. Sound is frequency. What does this mean? How can it help practically?
Using the medium of Sound, to me, almost acts automatically without logical thought. When applying sound as Gongs. Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks or Voice, the perfect frequency seems to naturally pull the person to follow and match that perfect frequency and vibration thereby finding the ideal blueprint for harmony. Sounds a bit fluffy? It can actually be felt strongly in the body.
I love to teach the skills to “sound yourself” by making Tones through the voice, Chanting, using guttural sounds or Drum. Using your own voice, powerfully resonates your self through and through, breaking up sick cells and mending broken forms in the body. It can also just be fun and a resource to use at home.

She trained with The College of Sound Healing which led her to new directions within Sound, Voice and Teaching. The College teach a gentle and nurturing approach to healing in the medium of Sound. It is a truly beautiful experience.
It is interesting to offer different healing therapies often interweaving together.
Learning and giving Reiki has propelled her journey forward and being able to offer Sound is a pure joy.
